High-level Policy Meeting on ICTs in Education for CIS, Baltic states and the Africa region

1. Developing structure and background materials for the meeting concerning political, pedagogical and technological aspects of ICT application in education;
2. Collecting cases from CIS, Baltic states and Africa for elaboration on ICT use in their education systems;
3. Preparation of country reports concerning political, pedagogical and technological aspects of ICT application in education;
4. High-level Seminar - forum for policy and decision makers to enhance their capacity to develop policies and use of ICTs in education;
5. Cooperation plan development to facilitate regional networking and exchange of experiences on ICT use in education;
6. Developing a Final Report and Recommendations incorporated all project achievements.
